Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information and materials needed to complete your project
• Respond to requests for feedback or approval in a timely manner, as delays on your end may affect project timelines
• Confirm that any manuscript or content you provide is your own original work, or that you have the legal right to use it

Ownership & Rights

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you retain full ownership of your manuscript, book, and all rights associated with your work. We do not claim ownership of your creative content. For ghostwriting projects specifically, full authorship credit and rights transfer to you upon final payment, as outlined in your project agreement.

Payment Terms

Pricing, deposit requirements, and payment schedules are outlined in your individual service agreement or quote. Services may be paused if payment is not received according to the agreed schedule.

Revisions & Project Scope

Each service package includes a defined number of revision rounds, as outlined in your project agreement. Requests beyond the agreed scope may incur additional fees.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms vary by service and project stage, and are detailed in your individual service agreement. Generally, deposits are non-refundable once work has begun, and partial refunds may be available for undelivered portions of a project, at our discretion.

Third-Party Platforms

For publishing, distribution, or marketing services involving third-party platforms (such as Amazon, Barnes & Noble, or social media advertising platforms), you acknowledge that those platforms have their own separate terms of service, which also apply to your project.

Limitation of Liability
