The following rules apply to all projects that we work on:

If we do what we agreed to and deliver the material promised, you will own all rights to it. We will not have any rights to the material, so you can publish it and use it however you want.

REVISIONS

You can ask for as many changes as you want to work that we’ve already sent you, as long as you do it within seven days or, in some cases, 14 days of sending the work. All revision requests for customers’ orders will be met as quickly as possible, with 24 hours being the usual minimum turnaround time.

As of right now, the revision turnaround time is as follows:

• For tasks that need to be done quickly, the turnaround time is 24 hours.
• For tasks that need to be done quickly (within 24 to 48 hours), the turnaround time for revisions is 48 hours.
• For orders placed after 48 hours, revising is 72 hours.

WHAT THE PROJECT NEEDS

Any job needs will be discussed with the clients before it begins. Service-level disputes will be handled according to the standards and terms agreed upon at the start of the project, these terms and conditions, and normal business practices.

REFUND RULES

You have the right to get your money back in full before we start working on your job. However, if work has already begun on a job, the refund will be processed after any transaction fees have been taken out. You cannot get your money back if you sign up using a limited-time or reduced offer.

Within five days of finishing your order, you can ask Book Authors Heaven for a refund if you are not happy with any product or service they provide. You will get a refund based on a certain amount through our unlimited revision policy if we can’t provide the service you need. Customers will be responsible for making sure they are happy with their order if they don’t ask for a return within five days of receiving it.
